About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and consistently exceed sales goals
  • Own and develop a protected territory of organizations with 50+ employees
  • Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling business presentations
  • Manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Guide clients through implementation and successful onboarding
  • Continuously sharpen your expertise through ongoing training and development
  • Travel locally within your territory, with occasional overnight travel
