Account Executive: Personal Lines
Job Description Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for working in conjunction with Team Members to service clients by maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients through continued stewardship, account rounding, and assistance during the client renewal process. Additionally, the role supports new business efforts by assisting with quoting, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial point of contact forward.
Essential Functions

- Provides the highest level of customer service to clients within a book of insurance accounts with an eye for proper documentation and organization.
- When needed to perform functions associated with servicing an account, follows established agency workflows with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, carriers, or as appropriate, other information.
- Consistently reports to work on time and prepared to perform job functions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary depending on department and scope of work assigned. Occasional, local day travel is expected for this position, with rare overnight travel required for educational and other business purposes.

Required Education And Experience
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- An Insurance License.
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
Preferred Education And Experience
- An Associates or Bachelors degree from college or technical school.
- A specific industry designation (AAP).
