Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts across North America
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Align the company solutions with client business objectives
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Implement and enhance the strategic Go-To-Market plan to drive growth
- Collaborate with teams to align solutions and value-added services
- Lead account planning and business reviews for alignment and performance
Qualifications
- Proven success in account management within the payment technology sector
- Strong consultative skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Aptitude for managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and related technologies is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field
Pay
$145,000 – $170,000 annually
