Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting activity (40-50 calls per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to handoff.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Able to diagnose client problems and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Support ongoing product and market development.
- Be able to represent AgencyBloc in various company or industry functions.
- Stay informed on industry and competitor trends.

Skills
- Curious mindset, with the ability to ask the ‘why’ - multi-layered questions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable.
- One to three years of successful sales experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
- High level of comfort with technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (Written and Oral Communication, Listening).
- Collaborative approach and coachable mentality.
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome objections.
- Prior experience selling to multiple personas across all sizes of Insurance Agencies (a bonus).
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable.
- One to three years of successful sales experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
