What You'll Be Doing

  • Become a product expert
  • Own the full sales cycle managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team's pipeline
  • Interact with individuals at all levels in an organization to consult businesses
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Help improve the product based on knowledge and feedback gathered
  • Collaborate across departments within Connecteam

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies
  • Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
  • Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
  • Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated
  • Must be a team player with strong communications skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment
