The opportunity

MoxiWorks is the operating platform behind more than 400,000 real estate professionals across North America. We help brokerages recruit top agents, deepen client relationships, and run leaner, smarter businesses — and we're now bringing AI to that work through Rise, our newest product that automates follow-up, content creation, and client communication so agents can focus on revenue.

We're hiring one mid-market AE to own new business development across North America. It's a full-cycle role with a large and largely untapped market, a differentiated product, and direct access to leadership.

Your Next Opportunity

What you'll do

  • You'll own the full sales cycle — from building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting to closing multi-year SaaS agreements with brokerage executives.
  • Day-to-day:
    • Prospect into mid-market brokerages via LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals, and events
    • Lead multi-stakeholder discovery and deliver demos tied to specific business outcomes
    • Navigate complex procurement and negotiate pricing and contract terms
    • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot; use Gong to continuously improve
    • Feed customer and competitive insights back to product and leadership

In your first 90–120 days, you'll close your first customers, build pipeline to 3–4x quota coverage, and begin shaping how Rise gets taken to market.

Who You Are

Required:

  • 3–7+ years in SaaS or technology sales, consistently at 100–150%+ of quota
  • A self-generated pipeline builder — you don't rely on inbound
  • Experienced running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with executive buyers
  • Strong consultative seller with solid negotiation skills
  • PropTech or vertical SaaS background

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or AI-powered tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
