About the role
This position is responsible for managing client relationships and sales efforts in the mechanical and plumbing industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and sales efforts in the mechanical and plumbing industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mechanical and plumbing sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Passion for mechanical and plumbing industries.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Benefits

Pay
$50,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience.
