What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Sell Managed IT Services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, Microsoft 365, backup & disaster recovery, and related technology services.
- Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to signed agreement.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and recommend technology solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop customized solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals.
- Represent our company professionally in the local business community.
Required
- Proven success selling Managed IT Services (MSP).
- Demonstrated experience selling recurring revenue (MRR) agreements.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cloud, backup, and compliance solutions.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Prior experience with Zoho a plus.
- Existing business relationships within the local market.
