Account Executive, KSL Homes
Position Overview
As an entry level to intermediate level Sales Account Executive, you will contribute to the sales team’s revenue growth and new business development. We are seeking someone who will employ a consultative, data-driven approach to cultivate relationships with property managers, home builders, real estate agents, and brokers. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention, and contribute to businesses' growth through effective online advertising.
What You Will Do
- Hunt and develop new business and grow existing business
- Generate new business through persistent focus on new client development and strategic sourcing
- Possess passion for professional excellence and integrity with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
- Strategically prospect new business, overcome objections, and have courage to ask again
- Organize, analyze, and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions from findings and follow-through
- Resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments
- Achieve and exceed individual quarterly budgets
- Participate in company CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
- Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media
Skills And Experience
- 1-4 years of inside sales/outside sales
- Proven track record of success in a sales role
- Demonstrated ability to strategically prospect new business, overcome objections, and have courage to ask again
- High level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies
- A valid driver’s license
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to handle stress
- Ability to consistently work hours required. Works more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, evenings, etc.
- Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong self-motivation, well organized, and dependable
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make a positive impact on department’s productivity
Physical Demands
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment
- Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Lift, move, and carry up to 45 pounds on occasion
Compensation
The compensation for this role is commission-focused. Base salary range for this role is $48,000-$51,500, excluding commission payments. Base salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
