Account Executive - IT SOW & Project Consulting

What You’ll Do

  • Possess and develop new client relationships.
  • Identify and close SOW, project-based, and managed services opportunities.
  • Partner with clients on IT initiatives, project delivery, and workforce strategy.
  • Create and present SOW proposals (scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing).
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to execute solutions.
  • Grow existing accounts and drive long-term partnerships.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing.
  • Proven success selling SOW / project-based / managed services solutions.
  • Strong ability to scope, position, and close solution-based deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
