Account Executive - Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., other sales, sales engineering, quote fulfillment, customer care) to address customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Desired Skills and Experience
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Pay
The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. base pay range for this position is $80,000 annually. There is a healthy commission plan to participate in as well. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
