About the role
Candidates must be located in or in close proximity to Indianapolis. For someone who loves specialty retail, this is a special opportunity to represent the Brighton brand while building lasting partnerships with some of Indiana's most beautiful and successful boutiques.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty boutique owners and their sales teams
- Visit stores routinely on a 30-60-90 cycle to review business performance and support retail success
- Provide product knowledge and sales training to store staff
- Aid retailers in selecting assortments that drive strong sell-through
- Support in-store events that engage customers and build excitement around the Brighton brand
- Offer visual merchandising guidance to ensure beautiful product presentation
- Identify and open new high-quality specialty retail accounts within the territory
- Serve as the local ambassador for the Brighton brand
- A natural ability to build authentic, long-term relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- An appreciation for fashion, accessories, and beautiful product
- A strong sense of organization and personal accountability
- Comfort discussing retail performance and business opportunities
- The ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the Brighton team
Requirements
Experience in fashion accessories, apparel, jewelry, or specialty retail sales is preferred.
