About the role

We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role will focus on commercial growth in the licensing business within the North American region.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain connections with key clients in the B2B area to sell Hudl’s sports performance data.
  • Help customers leverage our data for scouting, performance analysis, predictive modeling, and content enhancement.
  • Ensure seamless data integration for clients via APIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager and our product and analytics teams to deliver customized data products.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales with a focus on complex deals (5+ years).
  • Strong business acumen applicable across all verticals.
  • Consultative approach to relationship building and solution selling.
  • Methodical CRM background and disciplined approach to prospecting.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Self-motivated and able to set and achieve lofty goals.
  • Connected to the data-focused sports market with a robust network.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Global football background and understanding of relevant statistics and economics.
  • Passion for sports and technology.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and another language applicable to the North American region (French or Spanish).

Pay

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are as follows:

  • Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $58,875 USD
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000 - $119,500 USD

Schedule

We are currently prioritizing applicants who live within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, but we are open to remote applicants who live in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY.
