About the role
Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring each relationship adheres to Pathward’s standards for compliance and financial controls. Leverage industry knowledge in alternative energy sectors, such as solar, battery storage, and biogas, to effectively evaluate project performance and support informed credit and servicing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client performance by reviewing financial statements, covenant compliance, and production reports to identify underperforming projects and emerging risks.
- Maintain current knowledge of each client’s operational and financial status and complete required internal reporting to support timely credit decisions and portfolio oversight.
- Review and process loan advances for pre-development, development, construction, and revolving credit facilities.
- Cook with third-party vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all disbursements are accurate, in compliance, and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all client relationships by collecting and organizing required financial statements, production reports, tax returns, and any other materials specified in the loan agreement.
- Ensure all documentation is obtained, reviewed, and retained in accordance with Pathward’s legal, credit, and compliance standards.
- Cook with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, and USDA representatives by providing required documentation, responding to inquiries, and supporting timely and accurate audit and review processes.
- Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reviews and present key findings, trends, and risk assessments to Pathward’s credit and executive leadership teams.
