Key Responsibilities
- Identify add-on sales and upsell opportunities by calling on small to mid-sized prospects and clients, qualifying non-complex new sales leads, and following up on existing leads.
- Focus primarily on high volume and transactional sales opportunities for our CAHPS and Education services.
- Communicate solution features, benefits, and value propositions to existing clients.
- Track, maintain, and report sales pipeline and contact information in Salesforce.
- Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by WellSky.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- Willing to travel up to 25% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
