Essential Functions
- Possessing working knowledge and skills in Copier / Multifunctional Printers, Managed Print Services, Wide Format, High Volume, and Software Sales.
- Prospecting daily within assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.
- Maintaining, upgrading, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Planning and managing daily activities, territory strategy, and database accuracy.
- Demonstrating equipment and continuously improving demo and presentation skills.
- Conducting needs assessments, qualifications, proposals, and Quarterly Business Review Meetings (QBRs).
- Presenting and closing sales opportunities.
- Managing customer conflicts and objections professionally.
- Completing required paperwork, reporting, and forecasting.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
- Attending weekly sales meetings.
- Completing required vendor training and certifications.
- Conducting equipment walkthroughs, needs assessments, and site surveys.
- Dressing professionally and appropriately.
- Communicating timely, professionally, and collaboratively with all departments.

- Occasional lifting associated with customer meetings and equipment demonstrations.

None.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Minimum travel required within assigned territory.
