Essential Functions

  • Possess working knowledge and skills in Copier / Multifunctional Printers, Managed Print Services, Wide Format, High Volume, and Software Sales.
  • Close enough business weekly to stay on pace for quota (typically 1–2 deals per week).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives as set by Sales Management.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Complete required vendor training and certifications.
  • Conduct equipment walkthroughs, needs assessments, and site surveys.
  • Dress professionally and appropriately.
  • Communicate timely, professionally, and collaboratively with all departments.

  • Occasional lifting associated with customer meetings and equipment demonstrations

  • Maintain, upgrade, and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Plan and manage daily activities, territory strategy, and database accuracy.
  • Deliver consultative solutions and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Manage customer conflicts and objections professionally.
  • Complete required paperwork, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Conduct equipment walkthroughs, needs assessments, and site surveys.
  • Communicate timely, professionally, and collaboratively with all departments.

Professional Growth & Development

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Travel

  • Minimum travel required within assigned territory.

Required Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma required.
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
