Account Executive - (Hybrid - Austin,TX)
About the role
Togetherwork is seeking an Account Executive on our Smartwaiver product line to expand our customer base by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value prospects. This role mainly fields inbound leads to achieve quota attainment. This role focuses on acquiring multi-location businesses, large national organizations, and Private Equity-backed companies.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows
- Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle
- Leverage outreach, video meetings, and in-person engagements to lead qualification and identification of prospect needs
- Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos
- Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry trade shows (2-3 times per year)
Requirements
1-2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred. Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound (80%) and outbound sales motion (20%). Experience operating in a high-velocity sales environment where speed-to-lead and responsiveness impact results. Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
