Account Executive - Hospice

About the role

The Account Executive is responsible for implementing sales strategies to increase market share by developing relationships with referral sources and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining referral relationships
• Managing sales activities
• Understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions
• Supporting community awareness efforts
• Serving as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Working independently, demonstrating creativity in marketing and community engagement, with a focus on cost-effective resource use

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software

Preferred experience

• 2+ years in home health/hospice sales
• Understanding of coverage issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation

Annual salary range of $79,632 to $119,448.
