Account Executive - Home Health - San Jose

As Focus Home Health continues to expand, we’re looking for a driven sales professional who is excited to build business, develop new referral partnerships, and make an impact in the San Jose market. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers
• Promote Focus Home Health’s full range of clinical services
• Work closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies
• Maintain referral source activity and account data in our CRM
• Manage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visits
• Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
• Strong business and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• At least 2 years of home health or healthcare marketing experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and referral growth goals
