About the role
The Account Executive will sell GiveCampus solutions to universities, two and four-year colleges, and independent K-12 schools. Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding annual quota, managing a pipeline with rigor and discipline, and collaborating across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual quota
- Know and present a clear territory plan
- Execute complex sales process, leading from prospecting to contracting
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent solution and value with knowledge and skill
- Promote mission and connect with prospects authentically and empathetically
- Manage pipeline with rigor and discipline
- Contribute to culture of accountability and team selling approach
- Collaborate across organization, including with marketing and partner success
- Contribute to culture focused on continuous improvement, winning together, and making a positive impact on partners
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing 6-figure deals
- Experience navigating complex selling situations and large institutions with many stakeholders
- Experience selling to senior executives with a value-first approach
- Understanding of sales process and methodologies, with the know-how and experience to navigate long sales cycles and set up for success
- Strong desire to be a “builder” — contributing to shaping a best-in-class sales organization

Qualifications

Skills
- Strong knowledge of roles and responsibilities in fundraising and development, especially at educational institutions
- Prior fundraising experience ideal
- Experience with non-profit fundraising, crowdfunding, peer-to-peer fundraising, or other fundraising activities
- Volunteer experience helping a school raise money or engage its alumni (e.g., as a “class agent”, “class chair/ambassador”, or “reunion committee member”)

Pay
- $80,000 - $120,000 annually
