The Account Executive - GEO & AI Search is based in the United States and is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth within an emerging category at the intersection of AI, search, and digital visibility.

About the role

This role focuses on owning the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing new business opportunities. The Account Executive will help marketing leaders understand how evolving AI-driven search experiences are changing brand discovery and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and manage strategic sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account targeting.
  • Drive new customer acquisition across an assigned territory while consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders, including marketing executives, digital leaders, ecommerce teams, and omnichannel decision-makers.
  • Educate prospects on the impact of AI-driven search and the importance of maintaining visibility in evolving discovery channels.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while adapting sales strategies based on customer needs and buying processes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide reliable forecasting, and ensure strong sales discipline throughout the pipeline.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to improve messaging, customer experience, and value delivery.
  • Support expansion opportunities by collaborating with existing customer teams and identifying additional business needs.
  • Provide market feedback and insights that contribute to refining sales strategies, positioning, and product development.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation and customer success teams to support long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • High-performing sales professional with experience selling technology solutions, SaaS products, or digital marketing services.
  • Comfortable building opportunities from the ground up and operating in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
  • Experience selling SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search solutions, MarTech, SaaS, agencies, or related digital solutions.
  • Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes with enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate technology solutions into measurable business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in an evolving market where processes and strategies are still being developed.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
  • Strong curiosity and passion for AI search, GEO, digital marketing trends, and the future of brand discovery.
  • Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Existing industry network and experience with multi-location or franchise businesses are additional advantages.
