About the role
The Account Executive on the Future Platforms team will help build the commercial foundation for EliseAI's next generation of products and business lines. They will own the full sales cycle—from identifying early customers and shaping the value proposition to navigating complex evaluations, closing high-value deals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
This is not a traditional sales role with a fully established playbook. They will work closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and post-sales teams to bring evolving products to market, translate customer needs into product direction, and determine how we position, package, and sell them at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for our Future Platforms: from prospecting and early discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and expansion
- Build relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders and develop the business case for adopting new, transformational products
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving business leaders, operators, technical teams, procurement, and legal
- Shape the commercial strategy by helping refine positioning, pricing, packaging, target customer profiles, and go-to-market motions
- Possess strong commercial judgment and the ability to sell products that are early, evolving, or creating a new category
- Identify and engage early customers who can become strategic design partners, reference accounts, and long-term platform customers
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Deployment teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap decisions
- Develop creative, scrappy approaches to opening new opportunities and building momentum before a mature playbook exists
- Turn early wins and lessons into repeatable sales processes, messaging, materials, and playbooks that can support rapid scale
- Attend industry conferences and customer meetings to build market presence and deepen industry relationships
- Identify expansion opportunities as customers adopt additional products and workflows across the platform
- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to sell products that are early, evolving, or creating a new category
- Bonus: Experience selling new products, launching new markets, or working at an early-stage or high-growth technology company
- Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
