Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle for net-new ERP software opportunities, developing and executing strategies that generate pipeline, win new clients, and exceed revenue targets.
- Possess strong software sales experience, ideally with ERP within the SMB market.
- Build relationships with decision-makers from operations leaders to C-suite executives.
- Forecast demand and manage your pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Position Vision33’s full suite of solutions and services, ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of partnering with us.
- Lead compelling sales presentations and solution discussions, translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, sales and delivery team to craft winning proposals and close deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking to support forecasting and growth planning.
Requirements
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a reliable pipeline.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to build trusted relationships from operational leaders to executive stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, Microsoft, Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, or Macola is required.
- Able to translate technical solutions into business value through confident presentations and discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Qualifications
