About the role

At Easol we operate a hybrid working pattern. Are you comfortable travelling into our New York office once a week?

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in a hyper growth environment.
  • Lead account development and management, including prospecting, relationship building, and client retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage and close deals from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including understanding market trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to the New York office once a week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of its dynamics.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
