About The Role
This is a newly created role aimed at high-value fleet accounts with substantial deal sizes and significant growth potential. The ideal candidate will target transportation, food and beverage delivery, utilities, field service, and other sectors, aiming for $100K+ ARR opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role involves running the full sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering consistent performance against quarterly targets.
What You'll Do
Own your territory by running full-cycle sales from strategic outbound to multi-stakeholder discovery and executive-level close.
Develop relationships with decision-makers, operations leaders, and safety executives to drive deal progress.
Partner with your dedicated Account Development Rep (ADR) on territory strategy and pipeline development.
Research each prospect's business goals, operational challenges, and fleet pain points to tailor your approach.
Forecast with conviction, providing accurate and timely pipeline and forecast data to leadership.
Execute sales plans, field events, and campaigns with precision, leveraging your industry presence and social media channels to expand reach.
Work with Marketing to develop compelling collateral and value messaging that resonates in the field.
Deliver consistently against quarterly ARR targets, focusing on high-value, multi-year contracts.
What You'll Bring
Several years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, especially in new business.
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at the $100K+ ARR level, or equivalent.
Strong outbound and prospecting skills, building pipeline rather than waiting for it.
Comfort selling to operations, safety, and executive buyers with a consultative, value-based approach.
Disciplined pipeline and forecasting habits, and clear, confident communication.

Benefits
Competitive compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 base salary, plus commission.
