Key responsibilities of the role
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across your assigned territory or sector
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through a structured sales process
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM records
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and senior stakeholders
- Present compelling proposals and tailored solutions that align with client objectives
- Manage expectations during presales, contract negotiation, delivery, and aftercare
- Manage and expand existing accounts
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and complex deal structures
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and virtual bid teams to deliver quality submissions on time
- Qualify opportunities and mitigate risks early in the sales process
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience closing complex B2B deals in the SaaS, cloud, or IT services space
- Experience selling to enterprise-level clients and senior executives
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Skilled in account planning, negotiation, and consultative selling
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
- Experience selling into vertical markets such as healthcare, utilities, or government is desirable
