Responsible for promoting and selling employee benefits programs to employers. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Present and sell employee benefit plans
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Research market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of health insurance and retirement plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Competitive compensation package including base salary and commission
- Incentive bonuses based on performance
- $50,000 - $75,000 annually
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
