About the role

Responsible for promoting and selling employee benefits programs to employers. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Present and sell employee benefit plans
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Knowledge of health insurance and retirement plans

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and results-driven

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation package including base salary and commission
    • Incentive bonuses based on performance

    Pay

    • $50,000 - $75,000 annually

    Schedule

    • Full-time position
    • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
