Account Executive, Distributor Sales

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to upgrade clients to higher-tier plans, additional services, or expanded product offerings based on their evolving needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client goals, showcasing the value of upgraded solutions.
  • Maintains sales activity goals, using strategies including cold calling and emailing, social media outreach, content marketing, lead generation tools, etc.
  • Responds timely to customer requests for information and utilizes sales skills to increase customer’s base value.
  • Handles ASI customer inquiries and questions to appropriate resolution.
  • Follows prescribed sales presentations and demonstrations with accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Highschool/ GED required.
  • 2 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in using various sales and marketing technologies, such as CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Microsoft programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong communications, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong skills in digital communication, including email outreach, virtual meetings, and webinars.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools as they become available.
