Account Executive, Digital Health & Wellness

Responsibilities

• Digital Program Support & Execution: Support day-to-day execution of digital and social media programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.
• Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage social media content and community engagement efforts across various platforms, fostering audience interactions and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Content Development & Digital Storytelling: Assist in content creation, copywriting, and content reviews for social and digital channels, developing engaging experiences for target audiences.
• Influencer & Partner Engagement: Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and online communities that align with client goals and audience engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Support research, monitoring, and reporting efforts using social and digital analytics tools, identifying trends and insights to inform future programs.
• Team Collaboration & Client Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support integrated programs, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting social media, content, or digital communications programs for brands or organizations.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an interest in creating engaging content across digital channels.
• Understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and audience engagement best practices.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and contributing to successful project execution.
• Curiosity about emerging digital trends, technologies, and audience behaviors.
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or health-related communications.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or health-related brands.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other digital analytics tools.
• Experience supporting influencer engagement or community management programs.
• Understanding of integrated communications, marketing, or public relations campaigns.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
