Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of digital and social media programs
• Help manage social media content and community engagement efforts
• Aid in content creation, copywriting, and content reviews
• Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers and online communities
• Support research, monitoring, and reporting efforts using social and digital analytics tools
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support integrated programs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, public relations or related fields
• Experience supporting social media, content or digital communications programs for brands or organizations
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and audience engagement best practices
• Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement
• Organizational and project management skills
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset

Qualifications

• Curiosity about emerging digital trends, technologies, and audience behaviors
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or health-related communications
• Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or health-related brands
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other digital analytics tools
• Experience supporting influencer engagement or community management programs
• Understanding of integrated communications, marketing, or public relations campaigns
