About the Role

The Account Executive Role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology fields. Key responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities, building strategic account plans, and driving sales growth through events and peer-to-peer endorsement.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a strong background in managing the full sales cycle and influencing customer thinking.
  • Utilize CRM to report activity and provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition.
  • Execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and company KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs to promote the DM value proposition.
  • Travel up to 35% overnight.

Requirements

  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • A strong background in sales, with knowledge of how to manage the full sales cycle.
  • The ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking.
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach.
  • Strong hunter skills.
  • A high level of IT knowledge and a strong appreciation for new technology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
