About the role

As the Account Executive for YSL/Prada/Miu Miu Beauty in the Dallas division, you will drive sales revenue to achieve year-over-year growth and exceed sales budgets. You will represent L’Oréal Luxe in the industry, influence retailer associates through sales, education, and artistry, and collaborate closely with store leadership to execute brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Driven In-Store Activities: Drive financial results in-store to maintain year-over-year growth and meet or exceed sales plans. Demonstrate a solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, and the retail market to create and execute territory strategies that grow retail sales, newness, and core SKUs.
  • Consumer Conversion: Accelerate consumer conversion through education, artistry, and coaching of retailer employees. Conduct retention checks after dedicated brand Daily Micro Training (DMT) and double-dose or informal training sessions to ensure retailer staff is well-versed in brand messaging, key franchises, and assortment.
  • Team Culture & Events: Form an inclusive, supportive team culture in-store, proactively partnering with L’Oréal Luxe brands and brands in different categories. Execute and lead in-store events aligned with product launches and initiatives to increase business in local markets and build brand awareness.
  • Customer Centric: Accelerate customer acquisition and defend consumer retention through client management, visual merchandising execution, and maintaining collaborative relationships with store leadership. Provide insight on customer shopping behaviors, competitor insights, and beauty trends. Evaluate and monitor inventory levels, escalate inventory needs via HLOR, ACCR, and Mia to optimize sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze Luxe dashboards and sales reporting to understand door and territory performance against sales plans, growth compared to last year, and sales trends. Utilize Luxe Dashboards to monitor newness, core SKU performance, and sales trends post-market trainings. Continuously assess door gondola productivity and brand rank, particularly in top 100 doors, and suggest improvement opportunities through education and operations.
  • Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train freelancers to meet and exceed sales budgets by influencing through team selling, artistry, and education. Evaluate freelancers monthly and partner with N+1 to review market performance and optimize hour allocations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the retail or service industry
  • 3+ years of beauty or retail management experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills
  • Strong judgment and collaborative team player with a growth mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneNote, and Teams

Pay

Salary range: $82,000 – $116,800 (actual compensation depends on job-related factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
