Account Executive- Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) - Corporate Brokerage Practice
About the role
Marsh is seeking candidates for the position of Account Executive- Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) - Corporate Brokerage Practice. This role is available in one of Marsh’s offices in Seattle, Denver, Portland, or Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans.
- Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.
- Serve as a thought leader within the organization and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
- Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $200,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
