About the role
This role is a Commercial Account Executive at Dialpad, a business communications platform that unifies calling, messaging, meetings, and contact center on a single platform powered by AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
- Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
- Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
- PREFERRED: Expertise in SaaS Sales.
Qualifications
- Intensely curious and holds themselves to a high bar.
- Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.
Skills
- 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
- PREFERRED: Expertise in SaaS Sales.
