About the role

This role is a Commercial Account Executive at Dialpad, a business communications platform that unifies calling, messaging, meetings, and contact center on a single platform powered by AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
  • Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • PREFERRED: Expertise in SaaS Sales.

Qualifications

  • Intensely curious and holds themselves to a high bar.
  • Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.

Skills

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • PREFERRED: Expertise in SaaS Sales.
