About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is a strategic sales role, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent NiCE Cognigy, create awareness, generate new ARR & ACV booking targets
  • Close deals via direct & partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline
  • Close large enterprise deals
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning to close
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS or Technology(UCaaS, CCaaS, AI)
  • Hunter mentality and passionate about winning
  • Able to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROIs
  • Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels (particularly SVP/C-Level)
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor
  • Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-level sales
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative and Conversational AI
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
