Vaniam Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time position.
About the role
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or client services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in the technology sector is a plus
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule
