Account Executive | Business Development Sailor

About the role

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an exceptional Community Relations Representative to drive awareness and growth of our hospice services in local communities. This role combines business development, relationship management, and strategic marketing to expand our reach and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business territories and referral sources
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
• Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Inspire Hospice services
• Navigate business opportunities and increase community awareness of hospice and palliative care programs

Qualifications

• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus
• Required: Previous healthcare experience
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software

Pay

Competitive pay range of $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including commission.
