Account Executive | Business Development Sailor

About the role

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a Community Relations Representative to join our team. This role will focus on scouting new business territories, forging key alliances, and directing a stellar sales and marketing strategy to promote our world-class hospice services in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Scout new business territories and identify potential referral sources such as physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
• Direct a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to raise awareness of Inspire Hospice's programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

• A college degree in business, marketing, or nursing is preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is required, preferably in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and impressive follow-through are necessary.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families is important.
• Proficiency in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software is required.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including commission.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time.
