About the role

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a Community Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on developing new business opportunities and raising awareness of our hospice services in the local areas.

Responsibilities

• Scout new business territories and forge key alliances.
• Direct a stellar sales and marketing strategy to illuminate Inspire Hospice's world-class hospice services in the community.
• Navigate new business opportunities through relationships with potential referral sources such as physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Requirements

• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus.
• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including commission.
