Account Executive - $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Position Overview
Astound Business Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for the greater Bellingham, WA territory covering Lynwood, Bothell, Woodenville, and Kirkland. This role involves promoting and selling fiber services to business customers through various methods.
What You Bring To The Table
- 2-4 years prior experience managing business accounts in sales or customer service environments preferred.
- 1-2 years of practical, hands-on experience canvassing or cold-calling small and medium-sized business customers strongly preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as this position is responsible for explaining Astound Broadband products and offers clearly.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent detail orientation and follow-through skills.
- Strong discretionary skills, as this position will handle confidential information.
- Frequent to continuous driving, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Occasional exposure to inclement weather.
- Occasional to frequent exposure to uneven surfaces, hills, stairs, heights.
- Occasional to frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.
- Frequent to extensive local travel.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis (sales materials).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $63,500 plus an uncapped commission plan, and opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
