About the role
At vialytics, we’re using AI to solve one of the biggest issues in public infrastructure: road management. Founded in Germany in 2018, vialytics has grown rapidly across Europe, won multiple industry awards, and recently raised a $10M Series A to accelerate international expansion. Now we’re building our U.S. go-to-market team — and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial Account Executives to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle across your territory, from prospecting through close
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, conferences, and strategic relationship-building
- Develop trusted relationships with city leaders, public works departments, and municipal stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and regional campaigns
- Help refine and scale our U.S. sales processes as we enter new territories
- Represent vialytics at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or complex B2B sales
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Excitement about AI, GovTech, and modernizing public infrastructure
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel

- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
