About the role

Xplor Technologies is a company that powers experiences in various industries such as fitness, recreation, golf and club, field services, laundry, education, and others. They provide modern vertical software, embedded payments (Xplor Pay), and AI-powered capabilities to help businesses simplify operations, uncover insights, and elevate customer and member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
