About the role
Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated and self-driven sales professional to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Education business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Closing deals and earning activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
- Working independently with full support and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
