About the role
The Account Executive will serve as a key partner in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns for Lexus Local Dealer Association (LDA) clients. They will work closely with clients and cross-functional agency teams to support various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Traffic, Media, and National team, to ensure all LDA monthly deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Partner closely with the Account Supervisor to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Local Dealer Advertising (LDA) campaigns for Black, Hispanic, and LGBTQ+ segments.
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of LDA production and post-production activities, ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of the workflow.
- Aid in managing WI Regional Account Directors, client requests, revisions, and approvals while ensuring all feedback is communicated clearly to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and status reports to support efficient workflow and accountability.
- Review all LDA project materials for accuracy and completeness prior to launch from Monthly Model Rotation Grids to review and approval of monthly LDA campaigns.
- Track project status, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates and solutions to the Account Supervisor.
- Ability to manage workload, accomplish tasks and collaborate with others. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities; be seen as a trusted Project Leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, advertising, marketing, or integrated production (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, or Experiential).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Retail marketing and/or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with project management platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable reviewing creative assets, routing approvals, and managing project timelines from kickoff through delivery.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic, client-focused environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
