Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
- Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
- Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
- Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
- Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
- Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently.
- A team-oriented mindset with ownership of work performed.
- Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- A valid state driver’s license required.

Pay Range
$40,000 - $62,000 per year
