About the role
Valorem Reply Azure SI, US is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on driving business growth through strategic account management and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing high-quality service and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Understanding of Azure and other Microsoft technologies.
