Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline, shaping our sales strategies, and driving our sales efforts.
- Prospect and engage with potential customers, qualifying leads, uncovering their needs and pain points, ensuring buying intent, confirming budgets, and identifying decision-makers.
- Create and refine sales processes from scratch, providing valuable insights to the sales and product teams.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to share insights from the field and help shape the product roadmap.
- Maintain records of activities, be metrics-driven, and set new records, extending beyond individual performance to overall team success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to potential future junior sales team members, building a culture of excellence.

Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech industries.
- Experience in the vacation rental, hotel, or property management industry.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Ability to engage people cold and build instant rapport.
- Challenger sales mentality and ability to challenge customers and show them how to think differently.
- Excellent written communication skills.
