Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline, shaping our sales strategies, and driving our sales efforts.
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers, qualifying leads, uncovering their needs and pain points, ensuring buying intent, confirming budgets, and identifying decision-makers.
  • Create and refine sales processes from scratch, providing valuable insights to the sales and product teams.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to share insights from the field and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain records of activities, be metrics-driven, and set new records, extending beyond individual performance to overall team success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to potential future junior sales team members, building a culture of excellence.

Skills

  • Experience in the vacation rental, hotel, or property management industry.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Ability to engage people cold and build instant rapport.
  • Challenger sales mentality and ability to challenge customers and show them how to think differently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
