Account Executive

About Us We are seeking an Account Executive to lead and build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments, understands consultative sales, and can translate complex offerings into clear market value. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, and ultimately driving revenue growth across enterprise clients. This is not a transactional sales role—success requires a deep understanding of the product, market positioning, and long-term relationship building. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with leadership and marketing Define target industries, ICPs, and value propositions aligned to market needs Build brand awareness and market presence in the U.S. Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline creation to deal close Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise organizations Establish pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy Build and scale a high-performing sales team (AEs, SDRs, etc.) Partner with Marketing to develop demand generation and lead flow Implement sales processes, tools, and KPIs Drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally Compensation Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 Commission aligned to performance On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~ $350,000 - $400,000
