Responsibilities
- Sale of short form inventory across TelevisaUnivision properties
- Maximize DR revenue utilizing national and local breaks
- Build and revise sales presentations to present to agencies and clients
- Supervise, train, and mentor Sales Coordinators to ensure execution of plans
- Own, manage, and develop relationships with agencies and advertisers
- Selling of Linear, Digital and Social advertising
- Schedule and execute meetings/presentations with buyers, planners and clients
- Attend sales calls & internal brainstorming sessions
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Minimum 4-year college degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in media sales (preferably Direct Response)
- Previous experience and success in working for multi-media sales organization
- Excellent interpersonal and client relation skills
- Strong computer skills with experience in Internet & Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel

- Must possess the ability to work effectively with others in the entire sales organization; TelevisaUnivision Sales Team, Stations, and Management within a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills; Exceptional writing, communication, negotiation & presentation skills are critical
- Display passion in the product and possess a positive/aggressive work ethic
- Strong leadership and organization skills; detailed-oriented; trust-worthy with confidential and sensitive information
- Self-directed with proven ability to execute and multi-task on a regular basis with little direction
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to build and maintain relationships at the senior level

Pay
Base Salary- $100,000-110,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Schedule
Flexible schedule with some weekend availability as needed.
